The voting results are actually form the lovers of JulD and those that had benefited from JulD coin either through airdrop, bounties, contest, staking program and more for them to have a bigger gain if listed on Binance, Binance principle of listing might not be what the crowd want.

of course, it's not that easy. but Juld did have a big enough potential to enter binance.
as you say, the support comes from the Juld community. and it's all built with a great series of events. especially in the BSC which gave rise to a lot of market adoption.

It hard to know the coin Binance will list unless the token that gain their listing through voting but instead chasing after the next Binance listing why dont you invest on coins which Grayscale just added to their investment trust cause more institutional investors will invest in the altcoin.

I rarely seen that binance was doing voting process to determine which coin that will be listed on binance. As far as i know if this time the listing process will be done by the team from binance to audit which is potential coin that can be listed next on its exchange site.
I doubt whether binance is still using the voting as a way to determine the legit coin.

Knowing the next list in Binance is hard to know because it will undergo many process in order to be included in the list. One of those reason is base on  how the developer do their thing in pursuing their goals in order to achieve it. After all, as they done their part and do their best in each steps,surely they will be successful and  will be the next in Binance list.

JustLiquidity seems facing a problem right now.. I saw this in coinmarketcap

This project is good actually and has genuine team behind as well and their coin in cmc showings a potential than other alts.  but of course before they push in binance they need to fix this issue as soon as possible.. Because people will see that they don't have enough security to avoid hacking issue.
