5x card Rig

I made 4x 580 and 1x 590 rig and it's mining fine but 3x cards giving me 24MH/s and the other two are giving 29.99MH/s. I bout all of those cards secondhand and I am not sure if they ever Bios modded or mined before. When I run the miner I get error message "AMDWinTweak error" and sometime I never get this message at all. With this settings I am loosing 14-19MH/s every month around $35-$40 (current ETH price). Secondly I can't reduce my power consumption, if I try to lower voltage with MSIAfterburner even by -1, my pc hangs but it doesn't restart  Please let me know if something can be done to do it better!!

For me I only use msi afterburner to tweak Nvidia cards because Msi afterburner with AMD sucks, get used to wattman in AMD driver settings, you can use it to lower voltages, as for the low hashrate get your memory clock up to 2200 and lower watt in wattman using 940mv, this will get you to 30MH on stubborn RX580s, core clock will be 1150, core voltage is 820

580 video cards are very poorly overclocked in terms of memory frequency. They work unstable with a memory frequency of more than 2000 megahertz.
You need to download the BIOS of these video cards and see if it has been modified. A hash rate of 24 megahash indicates that the bios is stock there.
If you use the search, you will find a way to do this.
