ETH נשלח בהצלחה ולא הגיע לארנק - זקוק לעזרה דחו

שלום

העברתי מבייננס לארנק אתריום הכל מראה שזה תקין וקיבל אישור
אבל בפועל הארנק לא קיבל.
האם ניתן לעשות משהו ? מישהו מכיר ? עברו כבר כמעט שבועיים והתמיכה של הארנק לא עונים לי
אשמח לייעוץ בהקדם
