Anyone know how I can telephone Mycelium or get them to answer an email ? The support function on their website doesnt go anywhere ( error 404 not found ).

The Support link leads me to an email address on their site. If they don't respond, we obviously can't force them.

There is however a Mycelium board. If the community can help you, post your problem there.

According to their website they don't use any social media, so your support options seem to be rather limited support@mycelium.com seems to be the one contact they offer.

However, if it's an issue with the Mycelium wallet app, you might also be able to raise an issue on "Github": https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet-android/issues

Even if they were answering you, i doubt they could actually help you with any issue you have.

This forum is definitely a better place to directly ask for help if that is the reason you are contacting them.
When describing a potential issue, make sure to not post any private information (private keys, mnemonic code, etc..).

Did you already resolve your issue? Did they get in touch with you?
