What did you do in the console? Why didn't you make a new multisig wallet?

What does it say at the top of your wallet app (for the type of wallet)?

What OS that you have used in installing the Electrum?  I presume that the OS you've used isn't suitable with the Electrum and make sure you are on the official download website of Electrum, (https://electrum.org/#download) IIRC if that is your issue.

There are too many wallets that you can choose but Electrum for me is still the best wallet that has unique features.  Try to reinstall again and make sure the node is connected to the network.  Electrum is very easy to use.

It seems a bug the same as when you are closing Electrum and show some error that you can mostly see on the latest version of Electrum.

Can you tell us the Electrum wallet version you currently used?

And I think it would be better if you can take a screenshot of your error so that we can find the right solution for your problem.
Actually this error "typeerror: unsupported opperand" looks like it crashes that mostly reported on Github.

What I think is to install a lower version of Electrum around 3.8.8 to 4.0.8 if it was from 4.0.9. But before you install the old version make sure to make a backup copy of your wallet file or seed backup.
