Bitsler scam - Live roullete

Bitsler is possibly a scam casino, or they are experiencing technical difficulties, but I want my money back.

Screenshot shows game ID, time of game, and if you zoom in you can see the ball clearly landed in 33. Instead they marked it as landing on another number, 2 if im correct and didnt pay out and took my 500 quid.

They just implemented live casino so it might be buggy, but its no excuse for such large bugs to steal our money.

Live chat keeps saying wait for update- its probably a scam.

This can easily be verified by contacting portomaso with Time and game ID as in pictures.

I asked him and he doesnt know in live chat.
