It's time you begin to take your salvation seriously. With JESUS as your LORD, you can't be turn turned into zombie or controlled by evil spirits.
What happens to a religious person if he is bitten by a Zombie? Does he just die or will he recover? Imagine how boring Apocalypse movies would be if the religious people would just be sparred. Maybe there is a big rupture and the good people just leave earth?
True born-again believers who continue to live in holiness will definitely be protected. Nothing will dare attack them unless GOD allows it for a good reason. Still, they can be cured from the infection by GOD.
By the way, I'm actually talking about sinners who are slave of the evil one and his system. A time will come when the system will fully control those who choose to serve it. They will work together as One, or in Unity as if they have thesame mind, and they will increase in number while taking over large part of this world.
There are glass-like bubbles (or shields) around humans that the evil one and his demons need to attack and destroy before taking over a human. Once the bubble burst, they control you. The bubbles around born-again believers are very thick and hard to destroy. Faith in GOD strengthens the bubble.
