This project has been here since 2018. But why only now that they created account and thread? And it seems that only the Bilr product is the one up and working. The other three - ExpenseCore, PayBX and Digital Shares are not yet up. Are they going to develop this 3 products and deploy soon?

Wondered about the same thing too, why created an ann so late while the project itself is already working and running. Not that it's bad, late is better than never, it just made me really wanted to know the reason behind the decision.

From their medium, https://www.axpire.com/axpr-2021/index is their B2B platforms. They seem to operate 2 years ago but decided to have tokens now? Or the tokens just had been presale in the past and looking for exposure.

I think it is safe to assume that both are owned by aXpire and the possibility of a fraud attempt to create a "phising" site is relatively low, their official twitter (the one listed axpire.io as their official page) also "announced" the axpire.com as their site, its on their cover photo.
