If you were given a file number, and it has your SS name on it, you have formalized the complaint. The next step is posting the number.  Did the RCMP really give you advice to ignore someone you had a "vibe" was a pedophile?  That should be exposed.

I'm aware there are thousands of rich people in the US trying to decriminalize sex with children.  Many out themselves when they are drunk.  What I don't like about bayareacoins is that he actually called several Canadian police agencies pretending to be hiring me for a maid.  When I pointed out that was fraud, his reply was "Call the FBI, nigger!".  He then attempted to de-escalate by continuing to call police and ONLY asking how he could stop a pedophile from harassing him.  He claims their advice was "ignore the child rapist" and posted a fake police number to appear legit.

This reference number was supplied to Vod.

again incorrect - I made no claim about how to get someone put on a list, what I said was that in the US there are ways to look them up - a national registry. Canada has one too but it is not open to the public like the registry in the US is.

Yeah, I'd have to agree that those cases don't constitute much of a criminal career.  

I'm trying to read this thread slowly, but it seems like there are misunderstandings/miscommunications galore going on, and this just seems like another crazy feud that Vod has started.  There was an allegation that BAC visited a Facebook page on pedophilia somewhere in this thread, and I'd like to know what evidence Vod has of that, because I didn't see any.

I'm not even sure why accusations of being a pedo are flying around here, because to the best of my knowledge neither one of you are into that sick shit--in fact both of you have stated as much.  Vod has just not been the same after that stroke.  I hate to say that, but it's true.  I still respect the shit out of him, but some of the things he's written since then just haven't made sense.
