I don't think two weeks is max for card delivery.  It may take a month especially if you are not from the country/region of origin.  Because when I order online, sometimes the item takes more than two weeks before it arrives, it's still here locally, what if it's from another country/region, right?

The usual delivery time for a physical card is up to 2 weeks. But in a pandemic, the timing may increase and we cannot influence this. It all depends on the country of delivery, lockdown and delivery organization.

We choose Deutsche Post for delivery. If you want to speed up the delivery by choosing UPS-delivery, you should inform us about it immediately after passing the verification.

Hi, your signature states  OWNR is the licensed service however I didn't manage to find any relevant info on the official site. The latter says "Registered by FinCEN", but what really  puzzles me is  whether or not you have got an Estonia license that authorize the activity of  your service  which  deals with cryptocurrency. If you have such license, please post pertaining link to check.
