120v or 240v better for mining? I mean country frequency, leaving a country like US that use 120v 60hz to another country that use 240v 50hz doesn't this impact mining in any ways?

yes the 220v or 240v will be more efficient..regardless of 50 or 60hz.  Most psu wont care about any of that.

Remember the school physics course and the well-known formula:
P=U*I
P- Constant value
If we decrease the electrical voltage(U), then we increase the strength of the current(I).
And the higher the current, the thicker the wires are needed for the design of the electrics.

Why does it matters if running mining rigs is all you plan to do? Every power supply out there will work perfectly on 120v or 220 to 240v so it doesn't stop you from mining, don't just plug appliances that are only created for 120v, they will blow up unless you use step down

That is not actually true.  Its most of the time true.   Some psu’s are 220-240v only.  Always a good idea to look at the spec on the psu itself.   (note if you have a psu without a spec detailing input/output ....i would personally not use becuase there is no way that meets any standard).

I have several 220-240v ONLY psus.  Plugging them into 120v will not end well....ive actually tested that theory by accident.  🤬

240V obviously is better for mining. Many reasons for this. Efficiency is the most common. No idea why there are places that use 120V.

Either way if you got a rig pulling 1000 Watts thats about 8.3 Amps on 120V, while its half of that on 240V. So with a 240V connection you got less of a chance of melting cables and don't need to use such a large guage of wire.

This is why there are many PSUs like the Bitmain ones which are only 240V because its what professionals use pretty much. Your home most likely has 240V you just gotta disconnect your stove or dryer. However for most people you can't live without a stove or dryer.

no impact at all, the psu will automatically adjust the input 90v-240v, so basically lower the voltage will suck more ampere which is the cable need bigger on lower voltage

only price kwh affected on miner

The whole world, except America, Japan, Mexico, uses the 220 volt standard.
