I met a girl on a dating site. When I met her, she turned out to be much more beautiful than in the photo. Since then I like to communicate with people online, I met a lot of new people from other countries.

I had the complete opposite experience, it wasn't by any means a deal breaker but it does raise the question of when does it become unethical.

Nevermind fake accounts and attacks etc.

I think its a good thing overall but I do think the platforms need to do as much as possible to ensure safety

My grandma made my day today. She called me early in the morning and said she is going on a date. Obviously there are some over 60 dating sites and my lovely granny is registered on some of them. As everything have an advantage and disadvantage in the same manner some of them have actually misused it in our country by pretending to the good person and some of them after marriage run away with the money or before marriage gives some false hope of business etc and take money from the boy/girl and disappear etc. there are several such cases as well, but having said that there are genuine people too but need to verify all the details and know before taking any such big decisions of life.

Health Certificate must be required before getting physical because we don't know people that we met over Online dating , they can be looking clean but internally is not.

Never made sex with the people such those , and take time to know them before engaging in anything personal .

That's a fake girl and is posing as a male. There are a lot of it and sadly, there are folks that are falling for such scams.

Do not just bite the sugar coming from their mouth but about their behavior for a long term basis .

because Bad people are really into this kind as they can hide their real personality.
