I personally have been using Vultr[1] for years and have no plans on switching; and yes they accept BTC. Though while they don't have 1-click deploys for Windows 10, they give you the option to upload your own .ISO file so yea.

Although OP don't worry about anonymity, AFAIK they require you to link credit cards and might be problematic for OP if he don't have any credit cards.

Though I really don't remember anything about this(because I've been using Vultr for so long), I don't think I don't have a credit/debit card connected; though I have my personal PayPal connected. Completely up to OP if he/she's comfortable with this.

I checked this guide (https://milankragujevic.com/how-to-install-windows-10-on-digitalocean) and apparently it's not that easy to setup Windows 10 on VPS. The comment also shows possible problem with internet connection.

Interesting. Can't comment on it though because I've only tried a Windows 7 .ISO.
