Why do people care who Satoshi Nakamoto is/was? It's like wondering the name of the person that created the wheel. Well, perhaps because of the curiosity and people trying to find dot that linked to the bitcoin creator since bitcoin now is on the mainstream and trending all over the world. Perhaps if there will be who found the real Satoshi, they are a part of bitcoin history, sound like ^{[A first man who discovered the bitcoin creator]}. And that is right, they are obsessed with bitcoin and until now they even don't solve the puzzle that Satoshi left on us and it has given us a better opportunity. However, why not they don't respect the decision of Satoshi, to remain anonymous, --nothing will change to bitcoin even Satoshi will come up.

Perhaps they wanted to hear more about the legendary creator of bitcoin. He was shrouded in mystery, and as such people was looking to unravel his mystery. But yeah, for those who have enjoyed his invention, we rather not see who Satoshi is/was. He chooses to go underground, remain anonymous, that's it.

Yes most of us dont want/need to know who Satoshi was, its more
the mystique behind the person or group which draws the attention.

For me its not who Satoshi was its the master stroke of being and
remaining anonymous.

Its such an extroardinary thing to be anonymous from the first public

I'm believing that many of us still have more questions to ask to the founder of bitcoin when we see him but I don't allow that to become a worry to me. We know bitcoin has the most important feature which is decentralized. That means we are to be free to enjoy it and liberate ourselves from the control of fiat by the government.

Can you imagine what will happen if he decides to sell them all, for sure that will crash the markets hard and in that moment he will be in the top 10 millionaires in forbes. As an investor of certain business it's very important to know who's the person running the system of a business you've part of. But with bitcoin's anonymous identity of its creator, there's no way for to determine that discreet information regarding that very significant matter towards confidentiality. People don't literally care in way that there's nobody reveals a certain things, they're just ignoring it by virtue of no choice.

Basically, it is normal if there are some people curious about the identities of Satoshi. He is a creator of Bitcoin and founder of the Bitcointalk forum, a person who created two big things in crypto history. However, since Satoshi didn't want people to know his identity, we must respect him. Trying to find out his identity without an obvious reason, seems like a thankless person.

Some people will care who he was and what is his real identity and some are of course curious about the face of the creator of Bitcoin in the first place. That's why they were eager to pay or do some deep digging in order to cover out who's the real Satoshi but Satoshi himself knows this that's why he's carefully covering his tracks in order to hide his real identity and then disappear for good without saying when to come back.

Lots of speculation about what really happened to Satoshi, some thinks he's a single person while some thinks they are a group of people called Satoshi but we don't know what are they/him. Only he himself and/or his colleagues know his whereabouts.

Just probably out of curiosity, throughout mankind's history, there are a lot mysteries that we wanted to discover, what really happen, who he/she. Even up to this day, people are still looking for clues as to who or what Jesus looks like.

There is no doubt that the conclusion reached with the invention of the wheel is undeniable, the great detail is that the invention of the wheel would come sooner or later, common sense of the human being.

That is what made our species survive and evolved, we are curious with the things that we don't understand so we try and satisfy our curiosity by doing everything we can to find the answer. I don't know why they want to find who the real satoshi is but I think that stopping them to look for satoshi is just suppressing what humans really are.

Maybe, they are being pushed by their curiosity and that made them to think knowing Satoshi is a big deal.

Yes, it is for some people because they want to know the history behind bitcoin but right now, we are not focusing on that but we are focusing on the market.

At this point, some people start to "abuse" this lack of certainty by claiming that they are satoshi, so some people believe that if satoshi explains who he is in the beginning or dig something from his post/e-mail/etc they'll find something to verify the claims.

Fortunately, we arrive at the point where someone who claims that they're satoshi is welcomed by heavy criticism, mainly because their behavior is completely different from how satoshi was. But as always, some people will believe it and fight hard for it just for the sake of winning an argument.
