Thats book of reference is good, but trading is not only about read a book, its need time to sharpen your skill, and need a lot of experience and finish with how you mix all of that to be your style of making profit from trading. So IMHO, if you wanna make career in trading, just go on, take some book as your reference, and start learning by doing.

Reading books or reading other sources neither offline or online would really be significant into your learning and  this will add up on your awareness on how this market works knowing that it is way too unpredictable.

of course, learning trading is a good plan....you must have heard many stories of successful people from trading, trading is a good skill to learn.  It's important that before trading you must learn the basics first, then practice by trying to trade using small capital, and you also should not be greedy when trading.

In fact, one of the books that I recommend the most is those of Wyckoff and Jesse Livermore, they are a selectivity for me, for those who want to learn about the trade, these are eaten, it has helped me a lot to understand many market situations, when a whale enters, or when institutional investment enters, even sometimes it can be determined that the market moves by people's emotions, all these things can be determined by the proper use of books, at least that selection has me helped a lot, and if combined with technical analysis it is something bigger still.
