Recently the introduction and adoption of IDO for fund raising has been quite successful which has given a lot of investors a huge profit like the days of ICO where they earn 10x, 15x 20x 50x depending on the project. There are quite a number of platform that are majorly and partly established for this purpose which are doing well and are usually with a requirement of holding a number of their tokens to be qualified for any project IDO.  I like to hear your views on some of the best platform for an investor to key into so as to participate in their upcoming IDO and earn good interests.

You are right, i know of poolz and bakeryswap. A high number of subscribers is also a challenge which can leave you unlucky especially in a lottery system. I will do more research on Polkastarter and duckdao.

Yes, but experienced investors will not be easily fooled by the new things that exist in crypto at this time, I am also very sure that scammers do not stop making new things to deceive many people, especially investors, but who will be trapped are just new investors who often believe too much in new things.

I have been trying to participate in several IDO and i only got less than 0.001% chance to wing the spot to participate in IDO.
It has very limited spot. FOMO is affecting ROI of IDO too. There are some IDO that didn't get a lot of ROI

Yes, as a investor specially those who have seen the ICO 2017 boom and bust, we should be really be careful and skeptic about this latest craze. I don't know what happen to IEO, looks like it's dead so that someone needs to re-invent the wheel again to scam crypto investors specially newbies. We need to do due diligence and not just buy the hype and invest or hard earn money.

Exactly so here IDO has a very low level of fundraising in fact it is just a fomo process, I have seen a lot of shillers boycott a project to force them to sell separately and then have shady behaviors cheating behind it. There are a lot of ido stories and scams recently, I also don't like this way of calling capital very much because it is time-consuming when I can never buy IDO.

IMHO, I believe that no matter what we call it as long as it involves selling coins or tokens to raised funds, for me it's all the same, whether it was ICO, IEO, or IDO there's nothing new, All of those methods has no guaranteed ROI's and I believe that risk is high in those new project tokens compared to those already exist and tested through time in the harsh environment of the crypto marketplace. So it is better to do more research before joining those events and consider those risks positively.

I have seen something called IBCO (initial bonding curve offering) and that did seem like the fairest way (price totally controlled by smart contract based on demand) but that was still to me open to extreme manipulation, which is the same I would say for IDOs since a lot of bots are on these DEXs waiting to exploit at their master's command.

IDO is IDO there's no new ICO since ICO itself is still pretty much alive until right now but have significantly lower investors compared to it was in the past since most of people have migrated to use IEO but IDO in my opinion is definitely a very different way of fund gathering method.
regarding how most of IDO gain very high returns its probably just hype but lets see.

There is nothing wrong with his statement about "IDO is the new ICO", since it is pretty much the same.
The only difference between them is one of them is purely decentralized while another one is not.
We get a little spot in IDO because the majority of them are doing it privately, most of them had an initial agreement with venture or group before publishing it to the public.
(usually talking about the time the venture or group can liquid their purchased token)
A reminder, always learn from our past, do not risk it if you can not afford to lose it all. We are almost exactly the same as we used to be in 2017.
Participating in IDO is like a gamble, either double it or lose it all.

All three platforms currently have a lot of IDO projects and have a large ROI on average.

Like what it says in the IDO project, many have been launched, all of which have to be whitelisted first, then they are selected and made into sales when it starts, I am like what was said above all that it only has a chance Large investors, small medium sized investors are sometimes marginalized. Is this really the project that the IDO is running is to prioritize large investors?
In fact, I do not guarantee that I will get a big ROI now, I just filled the white list of IDO polkastarter and want to know how later, whether this has a chance or not.

Things are going completely nuts right now in the Alt-space. It started with Uniswap on Ethereum. Now, EVERY chain is launching their own version of Uniswap. The biggest amongst them is pancakeswap which has launched on Binance Smart Chain. Then there is ApeSwap whose signatures some of the above posters are wearing.
All of them have their own governance tokens similar to UNI of Uniswap. Although, to be clear, there really isn't much governance going on. It is just plain insane ROIs and everything riding high in the bull-market.

One thing is sure that these things will continue only till the bull-market continues. To anyone putting money into these, just be sure to get some of that principal back. The rest is just completely degen trading.

The only good platform for IDO is only polkastarter and im not seeing any other IDO platform that could give the same ROI as projects that launched on polkastarter. Poolz is not so good as polkastarter but FYI even if you are holding some coins to participate in the IDO and it will be always using the lottery to draw the participants for the IDO.
You must also compete with more than 10 thousand people to participated in the IDO.

    While IDO maybe getting a lot of hyoe right now because of the recent projects that has been using it to gather funds, I am a bit skeptical to it's way of managing money gotten from investors or more like how they implement rules on how they take investments from a project's community. Mainly the fact that very limited spots are available for small tome investors which means that the others have big investments placed. This makes it scarier since it is easier for bug whales to manipulate market prices with this kind of rule. That's what I think

Projects today are taking any opportunity so that they could achieve their hard cap and it just happened today that IDO is on a trend in the crypto space. Investors know that projects that are under IDO can make them profits in a short period of time especially that there are projects that have proved it. I'm sure that before joining these DEX offerings, investors should know the pros and cons of it in short term and in long term.

Lol, I heard the first time about IDO since I am not much active on the altcoin section. Isn't all the fundraising methods are same? Money is going from investor's pocket to developers/scammers pocket either it's IEO, ICO, or IDO. Peoples just taking advantage of decentralized exchange by IDO. I think it's quite risky than IEO. The team would skip with funds like ICO since no one holding the funds. Because Dex means all the control of your funds is with you. I am not saying all IDO projects will scam you, but there is a huge chance of being scammed. Day by day scammers is looking for easy methods to scam us, just keep in mind before invest on anywhere.
