Do you know any altcoin that was created for use in a big city or a specific geographical region (e.g. by local businesses)? If not, what kind of advantages/features do you think such a coin could bring?

in fact I never knew more about this. But as far as I know, usually these altcoin have built commodities in several networks in a certain area. for example in accessing online shopping to provide services with crypto. because the region is the majority of crypto users. it was built on the basis of community consent.
However, finding these altcoin is not easy, because basically we have to look at the potential in any sector that can guarantee the adoption of altcoin.
So far, I haven't received any detailed information regarding this case. there needs to be data from various references that are really valid. due to the lack of resources, we cannot speculate any further.
