Today I'm here to write about Mask (ticker: MASKED), a privacy-based ERC20 token with bright futures! It caught my eye while scanning through newly made tokens on etherscan that actually had some content to them. As always, DYOR. Information posted here is what I've managed to research given the project is at it's youth.

With central banks now adopting cryptocurrencies as payment methods, part of the 'anonymous' aspect of wallets has been lost. This project aims to give complete privacy to holders, and solves all the known 'privacy issues' associated with privacy tokens by using a combination of built-in contract code and web app extensions.

Mask has a low max supply of 10 million, with 2 million in lockup for developers over the span of two years and 2 million released initially for public usage. 2 millon for staking, and 4 millon for project/eco-system development and growth. Solid distribution. The team seems tight-knit and actually know eachother in person.

The privacy factor alone makes this token a keeper, as you can literally hide your balance from anyone besides yourself when wanted. Transfers are hidden away by built-in contract code, and Etherscan shows 0 holders. The contract privacy is so advanced that you can literally hide your balance from everyone except yourself! All transfer are obfuscated, and the team has created over 4 different transfer-obfuscation methods. This is just week 2 also.

Mask runs on the Ethereum chain with hopes of implementing "Prophets" - applications that can transfer data collected from off-chain sources to Ethereum Contracts. The documentation and Github examples show how the base token contract can be extended on to provide a scalable eco-system.
