How to install GPU in RaveOS?

During installation RaveOS I installed 3 GPU-s, but now I want to insert one more card, but RaveOS wont recognize it. 
In Workers > System info > Cards qty is 4 (I changed it from 3 to for). But still it wont work.

Does the GPU detected on another computer? Have you tried place the GPU on another PCIe slot?

Yes. It even works on this RaveOS, but only next to two others. it wont work when I add it as fourth card.
My worker wont accept any fourth card. Just three.

Extender was not working. With the new one RaveOS automatically recognizes card.

Have asked mods to remove RobertXY / Hashingtower / MCcrytonia responses becuase this was resolved by OP on March 14 2021 when he replaced the defective riser.  See post above your three replys.  This is not a long thread but do try not to resurrect resolved threads and add worthless information.
