For the past week or two i've been feeling like I'm dreaming. It's hard to notice that everything going on is real, and I literally have to question reality sometimes. Along with everything feeling like a dream, just like a dream I can't remember some recent things very well. What is this? If its something that I should be worried about or see someone about, who should I see?

Brain fog. Brain fog makes it harder to concentrate, and memory problems, among other things. Have you been having too little or too much sleep lately? This is most likely just brain fog, which isn’t that much of a concern.

Sounds like dissociation. I had this as a young kid when I was going through periods of bad stress. It can be really dangerous. Might wanna talk to a doctor/maybe get referred to a psych

i haven't been getting any less sleep than I normally do. That isn't saying much because being a student=less sleep, but I haven't experienced this before and my sleep is the same as always.

That is alarming if you can see dreams while you are awake , though there are things that called Deja vu in which we have seeing things that we think we have already seen before and this is normal i believe

but if like what you are having and continuously happening then you must see a doctor .or psych at least.

Maybe see a psychiatrist. unless we’re apart of your dream then I’m pretty sure you’re not in a dream
But he says he is awake or aware of the situation .

yeah , maybe in the next it will be Dimensia and that is a serious sickness.

This is definitely not normal and you should get checked out by a doctor.

Do you take any medication recently? Do you sleep enough or have any high stress environment at home?

There could be a lot of explanation for it, going to a doctor seems the best approach to me.

Mate.

I'm not an expert nor professional about what you're experiencing. It's best to consult a doctor in that field, maybe a psychologist or near to that field.

It's best to consult them to know what you're experiencing.

Eat right, exercise, drink lots of water, and gets lots of sleep.  That cures most of life's problems.

This can be for many reasons. But it always starts with the wrong way of life. Just start eating right (raw plant food), get rid of all your addictions, go to bed at 10-11 pm (this is important!), use different food supplements, but only organic, such as wheat germ juice, turmeric with black pepper, organic vitamins and minerals, etc.

Any health problems (including psychological, etc.) are solved if we apply comprehensive measures to improve the body's health.

I suffer from bouts of depersonalization and derealization, which can be brought on by stress or depression. Mine was first triggered by the use of a green drug that you smoke (not sure on if I'm allowed to say w**d).

It can be very frightening feeling like you're floating around all the time and that nothing is real but rest assured you are safe. Have you tried some grounding exercises? Youtube could be worth a try. However, I would definitely suggest speaking to a doctor if only for peace of mind.

I still have the odd bad day but overall it has got much better as I've come to understand it.

I wish you all the best!

Take care of yourself.

Vagus nerve problems can make you feel like this, especially if this is coupled with anxiety.

I do not recommend taking any pills or anything else, because this will be only a temporary measure, you need to look for the root cause, and the root cause is always systemic problems of the body, which are treated with systemic healing by natural means.
