Personally, I believe that rarely anyone wants to check the link in casino's signatures. As an example myself, I usually just click on their signature link without doing any checking. A piece of malware can even get into my computer the moment I click on that signature.

It would be easy to notice them because if they changed the signature links, this means they would not be enrolled in the signature campaign (if they were enrolled, the campaign manager would obviously disqualify them from the campaign)
What if the campaign is open to participate? There are a lot of people who have been carrying that signature, and only 10 people want to change the internal link. You cannot know who it is unless you check the signatures of each person.
