Hey there everyone

I have a cashback service that rewards users in Bitcoin when they shop online.

We have a network of +800 merchants and we are looking to sell our business.
Total we have rewarded more than 100 users and we have more than 600 active ones... I have developed a website as well as a  mobile app for iOS and Android. 1 + years  old.

Looking to sell the business  for 30k or 0.5 BTC.

Dm only if seriously interested. Full due diligence and kyc must be passed (seller / buyer).... Company is incorporated and we pay taxes as every normal business does. No scammers and no time wasters.
1 month support after the deal is done.

Cheers

A few doubts if you may please clear them.

1- Do you accept escrow?
2- Do you mind sharing the website link or something? I mean if you are selling something why you cannot show it publicly? the users of your service should know that the affiliate service has changed hands, although it doesn't change much.

One more thing, how you joined the forum and posted in the right section within 15 minutes of joining, which I believe went in writing the content. Are you hiding your main account and history? It doesn't sound safe to me.

Hi and thanks for your engagement.

Yes escrow is fine as long as its reputable service.
I can share link to serious buyers via DM.
I dont want to disclose the site is for sale publicly.

Good question - I know how Bitcointalk works have used the forum back in the days and I know moderations take down unrelated topics so I figured that “Services” would be my best shot.

Goes without saying that if the service changes hands proper announcements will take place especially since its a registered company!

I have few questions about your business...
how did you calculate the value for selling at this price?
in which country the company has been registered/operating?
what about notary? the whole ownership it can be transferred directly online?

Hi

The company is incorporated in EU. The idea is to sell the TECH and the Domain / Website with its users and database to a different company- (with non competing agreement from my side) not the LLC (I assume that’s easier and safer giving the fact that selling an LLC comes with risks associated to the previous owner - HOWEVER , selling the LLC is also possible if preferred by the buyer side.

Thanks everyone!

I think that the best approach would be that you create your own LLC, and purchase the website/ domain and its tech along with a non competitor agreement from my side for 3 years.

Essentially  things will look like this:

Buyer:
-Creates an LLC
-Sets an escrow with seller for transfership
-NDA and Non competitive agreemet are signed with the current company that is selling and with the CEO respectively.
-  Announcements take place on social

I can help with transition for 2 months and consult for free (I am a Business Consultant by profession and consult Crypto businesses since 2018). I have a portofolio of 4 major clients and a network of people you can ask around about me.

Not here to scam, here to sell my startup.

Heppy to sign and NDA and share more information about me and the start up to a genuine buyer that has a vision.

The business revenue makes sense, Bitcoin is def the future, as long as you believe in yourself and can build up a team, chances are that you can succeed (given that Bitcoin is picking up it will be great in the future) I believe that cashback services via cookies are a great model. They can Co-Exist with cashback services that reward via credit cards (crypto.com, blockfi, coinbase visa) as we work directly with merchants and with cookies (affiliate network). That being said, a user can earn money when he shops online by using our service and a cashback service such as Crypto.com for example.

My experience as a BC layed good foundations for this start up by doing  a good marketing effort (we rank well on google we just need good PR) and an excellent UX/UI. The business model has 3 sources;

1: Cashback from users
2: Banner ads from other crypto services
3: Premium on Bitcoin
 A: tx fees
 B: premium price

Your profit will be determined by how agressive you are towards you customers. The above points can all be determined from the admin dashboard (what rates you will charge, what are your premiums etc).

You can also add more currencies and tap into other crypto communities.

I have few questions about your business...
how did you calculate the value for selling at this price?
in which country the company has been registered/operating?
what about notary? the whole ownership it can be transferred directly online?

So far the company has generated around 12k EUR in cashback to its users.
800 EUR in ads, and a few thousand sats on BTC withdrawals.

Honestly, the potential IS there, but a good team, time,  and funding is missing.
