Stellar Lumens deposited XLM without MEMO. Please give me a problem solution

Yesterday evening I deposited 130.5593 Stellar Luments (XLM) in my WazirX account  without MEMO. My Waxirx account showing INR value of Stellar. But not showing XLM balance.

How can I recover my XLM? Please help me...

You need to contact the exchange support and ask for assistance but ready the details of the transactions that you made to them to help you to recover your XLM

Contact support to immediately solve your problem, but the XLM should be in your account because what is displayed in INR is what should be token in your wallet, I mean if XLM is not deposited your INR value should not show any amount or zero.

It is kind of must required information when transferring Stellar based cryptos because it is the unique identity number to identify the sender but I guess it can be resolved if the support team identify it is transferred from you.

Be patient and don't spam them. I also suggest you be prepared for the worst since some exchanges won't recover if it's just for a "tiny" amount, or won't recover if you make a mistake at all since it will compromise their security. I won't be hopeful but there's nothing wrong with trying to contact WazirX and explain your situation.

For blockchains like Stellar, Ripple or EOS, exchanges usually use one or only a few common addresses for all customers to use for depositing. What they use for differentiating between accounts are the Memo or tag numbers. If one sends a transaction without the memo or tag number. They can not know who exactly made the deposit
