CMT withdraw issue from Myetherwallet

Hi guys,
Can someone help me,please? I have some CMT on my myetherwallet, worth around $800, but for some reason I cannot send it anywhere,because the balance shows 0,but if I check on etherscan,I can see my balance. I already added the token in myetherwallet, the name ahows up but nothing else. I want to withdraw to some trade side,but need help with it!

i think you should add manually all informations about the token in myetherwallet, wich mean smartcontract address, decimals and token symbol my friend

You should need to add up the token manually and as mentioned too above.

I think you might have mistakenly adding a wrong smart contract that is why it did not show up in your myetherwallet wallet.
can you tell us your custom setting? there is too little information about the project you mentioned above.
smart contract, decimal, etc.
and I can not find any name related to QST on coinmarketcap.

Just the others said it needs for you to add manually by clicking the + sign and fills the correct and needed information then you will see the token credited to your account.

Well, good luck with your trade... and to expect huge fees, so it won't surprise you. I'm afraid of you having a gas problem later, so you better have to check first your ETH balance first before sending your token to the exchanges.

I agree with the others that your only problem is that you have to show it by doing it manually.

Try these steps OP and look for the correct contract address and it will solve your problem why the balance is not appearing on your wallet.

Hi it's better if you are using a better version of MEW that already developed by mycrypto https://download.mycrypto.com/

You can add your token easily and i think when you are using this wallet and what you need to run the auto scan to detect your token. I guess that will be working properly caused by i have been this feature since this wallet already released.

Does that mean that it didn't do anything and the token is still not appearing? I don't have any other idea because if it's just about adding custom token then it should show your wallet balance as you login to your MEW.
Will you share the ETH address?

There can be fake token which can be created by anyone. Have you checked the contract address? Also, are you sure you have added the right one? Follow the above method and also check out if they have changed to new contract address.

I believe this should be the case, a fake token. I have added numerous number of token and it's always showed up as long as we input a correct smart contract address and other details. the only reason it does not show up either it is fake token or wrong information.
is this the CMT we are talking about? https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/cybermiles/
if that is, as far as I know they're already on their own blockchain, swap happened long time ago.

Have you ensured that the contract address is the same?

If you're sure doing that and all the three information (decimal, contract address, and also symbol) are true and nothing showed up, it is better to contact MEW support. they may help you to check whether there is some error or even the token is actually fake CMT or not

Make it simple by trying another wallet such metamask, I had experience using myetherwallet when adding a token there doesn't appear either. In metamask my token appears and available transaction. make sure you had ethereum balance to sending your token, wherever if you haven't you can not sending the token.(minimal gas for a fee - https://ethgasstation.info/) 150 gwei.
