Because with that list, this project will push thru and there may be no need of crowdsourcing.
But they haven't published the development team here. Are they going to disclose their team members?

They have huge number of followers in telegram, and as we speak it is already 83k+ and almost 5k online. That's a large community they have, even considering the online accounts only. Maybe this is the reason why they need to do the KYC for whitelisting. A lot of people wanted to get in? But wondering who are behind this project as they are asking KYC from these potential buyers?

and already tradeable on several exchange such as Gate.io , MXC and other
but there is no informations about total supply and circulating supply from this project at CMC
hope the team will contact CMC and give the full informations there
