My personal favourites are of course Mooncats and Bnbbunnies

Considerations below

Mooncats (https://mooncatrescue.com)
- Satoshi-ish narrative, dev no where to be found (so far)
- the mining rescue story is awesome
- Scarce
- Lots of hype which could last

Bnbbunnies (https://bnbbunnies.com)
- First NFT on BSC
- Nice graphics
- Scarce
- All Bunnies minted within days despite not being "discovered" by KOLs yet
- Ongoing development, game coming out
