I think it's more on the smaller gamblers that are forced to make the switch since their bankroll takes a huge hit on the fees that's required by the casinos.

If bitcoin casinos plan to accept altcoins then the safest play is to probably go with one of the top alts like ETH, LTC, XRP, etc since most exchanges accept these coins.

Imo casinos should put an option for batched transaction rather than accepting altcoins since there's still a lot of gamblers that prefer to use bitcoin.

DOGE and XRP are coins that have relatively low transaction fees compared to others. Some gambling sites accept these, but some only accept BTC/ETH, and users are forced to bear with the fees (though you just gotta time it really during when the network isn't that congested). Still, it isn't like all users are forced, some users just like using BTC/ETH and just can't be assed to trade it before sending it to casinos, so they just use it as it is.

Long story short, people aren't exactly leaving the usage of BTC/ETH in casinos, but there are better alternatives if you're looking for low transaction fees.

when you are on the platform and have deposited to it anyway, you don't have to pay transaction fees to bet, the only worries will be withdrawing the BTC or ETH.
the one that i use often is the TRON for cheap fees. Yes, the transaction fees can be a deciding factor for many to switch to a Alt coins... like Doge and XRP and TRX and also LTC. I see a lot of guys complaining about long waiting times for confirmations of their deposits at some casinos and I think that is a bigger problem than the size of the transaction fees. (People do not want to wait 2 to 3 hours ...or even 10 minutes for deposits to be confirmed)

When you send the money from the exchanges or the other wallet and use bitcoin and ethereum, the fee will be high compared with the bitcoin and ethereum price. So if you want to use the altcoin, which has low fees, you can send a big amount of that altcoin without paying the high fees. I think TRON is good enough for us to use it for gamble because of the low fees and the withdrawal fee, so I think @OP can consider adding TRON as an alternative coin to gamble.

I don't know if we have the data now, but I would agree that many gamblers, from average joes to whales are shifting to other coins. And the good thing is that many top casino's right now are offering a lot of options. I would say: Tron, LTC, some other stable coins, BNB, Doge or Dash.

Might has some learning curves though for some gamblers, but it's worth if they learn how to obtain those crypto's for their gaming pleasure.

XRP have been mentioned a few times already but I wouldn't suggest that for now. You can add them later on once they won the case filed by the SEC against them.

Yes. If a casino can add erc-20 tokens to their platform, I don't see any difficulty adding BEP-20 because they are almost identical.

You can check Betfury's BNB, it's the BEP-20 version and not BEP2.

Doge is accepted on the platform that I use, so it's a no-brainer to use dogecoin on my gambling. It's fast, efficient, and the fees are still reasonably priced even though it is getting hyped and pumped to death by a lot of traders right now. I used to use XRP as well on some platforms though I have avoided using it ever since the lawsuit and those controversies arose on the said coin. DASH is pretty good to on the current state of things, though it isn't as widely accepted as ETH or Doge, I believe.

Considering transaction fee on gambling sites especially bitcoin and ethereum, I don't see any big issue especially for high rollers as it won't affect much on them but for small time degenerate gambler such as myself, I consider it as a hassle when withdraw and depositing unto the platform. Based from my experience, whenever transaction fees in the market are surging, I switch to altcoins (specifically Dogecoin and XRP) for betting.

To be honest, you also have to understand that the more the price of bitcoin increases, the transaction fees also increase as this might also affect the price of altcoins. In addition, I also feel like that betting using your cryptocurrencies can be a waste due to their value also increasing. That is why, even if the transaction fees are low when you bet using bitcoin, I highly advise against such.

Roobet just started to accept litecoin a few times ago, since their main currency BTC and ETH takes expensive transaction fees.

As far as my gambling experience is a concern and especially if I really want to bet on a certain match (sports-betting), with BTC, I disregard transaction fees in most cases. Around BTC0.00002 as median should be fine regardless of BTC to USD price. Now to cover it, I just need to do everything to make my bets win. And obviously, the deposit should be somehow a decent amount and not considered as small transactions (should always be over or around $100 in my case).

It's just that I'm already used to it as I used mostly NitrogenSports for placing a bet before (not promoting the site) and BTC is the only payment method there.

ETH does have big fees too currently at this moment which I say that it is much better to look for something alternative or cheaper this isn't the same into those years where

Almost every user have mentioned it in their post. The token/coin that can be used with less transaction fee is Tron. I've used tron for the purpose of gambling, and myself experienced much faster transaction with very minimal fee. Yes, if you are worried about the fees, look for exchanges that have internal exchange, and have alts like xrp, doge, eos, or ltc. So you can exchange your coins with low withdrawal fees. You can look for alternatives if you want to avoid the staggering fees of btc or eth.

I am not a big fan of binance because they seem to take over the whole crypto scene slowly but surely and a it's never good if you have one company that is dominating an industry.
That being said BNB woudl probably be a good candidate for casinos to put into their portfolio because the fees when you send BNB via binance smart chain are very small. Like 0,10$ per transaction.

2) Litecoin: $0.041 fee, 30 minutes to confirm
3) Doge: $0.239 fee, 20 minutes to confirm.

Actually the transaction fees on bitcoin and ethereum was very high and sometimes the transaction fees are more higher to the amount that you want to make the transaction. Footing the long existence and the rank hold on capital market. Those on-site exchange using up thirdparty instant exchangers does really require much when it comes to fee conversion but if you can bare up with that then this would be a good feature
but if you are really saving up fees as low as possible then this wouldnt be a good option and i do have the same behavior when i do make withdrawals where i do make it on one go
where those wins accumulated would be withdrawn in a single transaction even if the fees is a bit high but at least you save up compared if you do make multiple withdrawal.

Hard sports bettors and casino gameplayers will never look for the fee. Most of the time the deposits were made instantly, unlike the currency. The incoming deposits fee will be adjusted by the gambling platforms, and this isn't happening with every gambling site but there are sites doing it to keep the player active and continue gambling without break.

I see some people are suggesting you about BNB; I mean I get that it is a centralized coin but many casinos have XRP, that is a coin where the creators can print any amount of coin they want and make themselves rich, sell all of them and print again if they want to, it is as centralized as it gets and it is funny that people assume it could be played on a casino but BNB can't be.

It's just an underdog altcoin but it's quick and free for a transaction. But it's hard to gain popularity because many are into bitcoin already. I agree that I'm also into bitcoin and would say and suggest that from time to time.

If the casino can add many altcoins as the option, that will benefit both sides, the casino and the members, because the members can deposit the coin they like. It is always better to attract all kinds of gamblers than just target a few ones. I have already said in my previous post in this thread that as far as big gamblers are concerned many of them won't probably care about transaction fees. But then those big gamblers only comprise the small minority of the entire population of gamblers. Many gamblers are still mindful of the high fees that are considered wasteful especially if there are available options to address that.

As far as physical casinos are concerned, there are indeed many gambling casinos which cater only to the wealthy gamblers. There are a number of resort casinos all over the world which are exclusively enjoyed by elite gamblers who can afford to squander millions a night. But I do not observe the same in cryptocurrency gambling. Crypto casinos are mostly open to all although there are certain VIP tiers offered to big time gamblers. For starters am not a heavy gambler but from the casinos I have played on like duelbits and roobet its unfortunate that the have not expanded their doors to allow other coins with lesser fees which is very odd at this point where at times fees can be hitting at a minimal of $10 while we have other coins that charge a tenth of a fraction which could actually see more players on their platforms but they seem to be holding back.

Correct. Many small gamblers like to use the altcoin that does not need to pay a high transaction fee because when they win using that altcoin, they can withdraw that coin with a low fee. I guess some gamblers still use that coin, which already increases because they think they can have another win that can give them more amount of that coin. I never try to use BCH because I think the fee high compare to Dogecoin or litecoin. I think DASH also have as high fees as BCH. I heard XRP also has low fees, but I still prefer to use Dogecoin. Tron can be another solution to playing gambling, but the gambling site which accepts Tron is not too many depend on the gambling site accept Dogecoin. I think that is why people like to use Dogecoin to gamble because the price to buy is not too expensive, and the fee for making a transaction is not too high.

But I have seen some of the users converting their BTC to BCH, just to make the payments. And they convert back the BCH after some time. The conversion of BTC to BCH may cause losses, and on top of that you need to pay additional fee for conversion.

An example is the Stake which I still use for gambling today. there is a Tron or Doge option whose transaction fees are cheaper and faster. When it comes to fees then TRX XRP and EOS would be always be my main bet yet they are fast and very cheap without minding about delayed deposits or withdrawals plus you could really make out some minimal bets and withdraw which I do always prefer the most.

I think that you should probably consider accepting a wide variety of coins so that even if one network gets congested you've still got backup.

I'd say that you should look into accepting SOL, IOTA and LTC.

There's no data that supports that VIP's are switching from BTC/ETH to other altcoins majority of them don't mind the fees as long as it will not go 10% or higher than what they are sending, only small bettors prefer altcoins that are cheap but whales don't mind the fees, casinos are already accepting altcoins, they have done this because they want to cater to as many types of players, they know that different players support various type of coins.

It's probably better to look at it strategically, either you're playing with fun money that you expect to lose so it shouldn't matter or you're playing with some kind of strategy in mind in which case you should look for sites that have a fixed fee so you're going to pay less as a percentage the more you win. Obviously you're very unlikely to make a lot of money long term playing a casino with fixed odds that favor the house, unless you have an iron resolve and get very lucky with a big win. If you're playing with something like a sportsbook it might be more possible to win if you've got a talent for spotting profitable and "easy" wins to increase your bankroll.

Though it's new in the market, it's already in the top 5 in the market, so they can list it since it has good liquidity with billions of dollars in trading volume, so it's easy for gamblers to trade their Solana coin when they want to cash out.
