I persuaded someone to buy one domain for $50 and the domain is not registered!

If you can register the name at Epik.com ( It can be done under your account for your safety/confidence) and put it for sale for $50.

I will send the link to the buyer and he would buy it for $50.

Then we will split it like

$50

$4.5 - Epik Commission
$8.5 - You'll get back your investment

$15 - Your Profit
$20 + $2 - My Profit - You send it to me via BTC.

Simple question that I ask myself here... Then why don't you do it yourself?

I don't understand why such unserious offers seem to always work, as it seems.
Otherwise it wouldn't be just teeming with them in every forum and the rest of the WWW.

You could also have the investor register the domain and handle the sale while you act as a salesman and receive a commission for doing so. That might actually work because people don’t have to trust you, who is a bit we’ll say shady sounding. I don’t see that as hurting your process at all and would reduce transaction costs dealing with crypto as well as have everyone playing their appropriate roles.
