Well, the posts I am seeing here so far gave me some good information on what to possibly research on and check if these coins are worth it. If you need to choose in these two token only, then i think you can invest half amount in ETH and half in BNB. Both of them are safe investments and will give you good returns in 2021. There are some other good investment coins too like DOT or ADA but since your portfolio is only worth 200$, you can only buy one or two coins.

As long you not use money that be used for daily needs maybe try spot with big coinmarketcap coin is almost safe, not suggest future trading because it can drain all of your money if the times come. With spot i think to minimize risk have high possibility.
