Please guys help me suggest coins to buy. I’m a student and I don’t really know much about crypto but I need the money for financial freedom and help my dad cover some of my school costs. Please guys.

It's a pity, I honestly recommend looking for a stable job and then learning to learn about the cryptocurrency market because this is where the potential risk can be $200 when you waking up will become 2k$ or 20k$ but it will also be possible after one night it will evaporate and your 200$ will disappear so you need to have a stable job and take care of your studies you can't be 100% dependent on $200 to cover your study expenses.

It's difficult to suggest because there's a lot of coins in the market and we don't know the future of it. Only bitcoin is a good choice but if you want an altcoin then, please do your own research or choose from the top coins from coinmarketcap. If you have knowledge in trading I can suggest to use that capital to trade good coins. $200 is enough to start in trading. Honestly, I just start trading with $10 and maybe just a lucky because after a couple of weeks that $10 became $200 and more. Just need knowledge, patience and choose the good coin to trade.

I will disagree with those suggested altcoins that you've said. They're unknown and if known, it's just a meme coin. OP or anyone that will follow that advice is likely to catch the falling knives for these coins. It's very risky investing in those projects.

GOMA is a good suggestion.  Recently GOMA increased 200%.  Those who bought GOMA 1 week ago have made a lot of profit. But now buying GOMA at such a high price is a little risky. It is better to wait for a dip.

To be honest with you, get a job, earn from your job and help out with saving up for your fees in school, there is no other advice more efficient for you now, getting a job will not make you not to invest in an alt-coin but it will help you save up some sure salary, will you still invest with more if you want than you budgeted into alt-coins, there are many alt-coins for you to choose from the problem is not many is safe, take your risk at investing after giving your self space to learn on alt-coins.

I will tell you that I seriously accept this advice. Taking risk is risky, and it is even more risky when we don't take at all.
But for me, speaking from experience, I will advice you look for a job that will be paying you either monthly or as the case may be. That doesn't stop you from investing into the Crypto market, but it rather puts you on the safe side. Having a backup of capital and what will keep your day to day activity going smoothly with much financial issue will help your crypto investment grow smoothly, otherwise, the mindset of withdrawing every little bit of profit will make your investment grow slowly.
As an investor, it is said that we look for the best and easiest way to make more profit, with the most minimal lost (cause losses are inevitable).

I think it's better to be in a normal altcoin even if it gets 10-30% in it compared to being in these two meme coins considering they are very high risk.

I would suggest going on coinmarketcap and only checking out the top 10 (by market cap and trading volume). Don't put all your money into the same basket, though. An amazing looking altcoin may drop to nothing from one day to another. Look carefully at the community, what is going wrong, what they are doing right and historical data, so you can rule out pump and dump coins without any real use/need like doge.

Cardano (ADA) has lost some good part of its price, so buying it might be a good investment. In the last 1.5 months ADA lost almost 30%. This altcoin has a great potential and can aim on taking Ethereum position, or minimum stealing part of its dominance. I would say that current price is a good price to buy for a long term investment.

Polygon (MATIC) is showing good gains at the moment. It might be good to jump in for a few days or weeks in it.

for $200, you shouldn't segregate your assets too much, especially for expensive coins like bitcoin or ethereum. if you want to share it, it might be better on 2 altcoins like BNB and ADA, or other potential altcoins. however, the benefits are small if you choose ethereum or bitcoin. Yeah, that's what I thought.
personally, I would probably go for BNB and MATIC. currently both have great potential at the end of this year.
