My advice is that you should not rush into the world of cryptocurrency trading let alone that you have a need for more important things. Crypto is not for always profit. Market condition here is totally different. 10 year expert cannot say what will happen after one hour.
My suggestions for you only invest those $ which is totally extra From home need.
Also check youtube videos and forum thread to learn trading.
You can start buying crypto with low amount 50% on Dot or Top coins and then buy in parts . may be you got decent profit in next six month.

I agree... for the long run $200 will not bring much, at least not with some high risks, like buying some low cap coin at this moment and waiting years for development... and if they become successful there will be money! Many of us risk with that, we invest in some unknown projects and if they become popular after years we can harvest some nice profit!

So the dilemma is always present, to risk and maybe make a big profit, or to keep it safe and be satisfied with some little profit... we all choose, and in crypto it's like a dilemma for the morning coffee and checking the prices and all the changes, and big things happen in crypto all the time!

You can look it up on Coinmarketcap, I have AME and HOO coins, I have these two coins for long term investment, if you visit AME telegram group channel then you will see AME will be Mainnet soon and that's great because their blockchain is backed with EVM, you can see how the project is continuously updated, but this is not investment advice as you can do more research

I will advise you start with $20 or $50 and not all the $200, I know $200 could be a good money for a student whose expenses are unending.
