I was selling a cap embroidered with the Bitcoin brand. A Brazilian company claimed to have property rights and forbade me to sell the cap. Is this right? Who owns the Bitcoin brand?

true, Bitcoin doesn't have any patents because satoshi never took care of those patents...
if a company uses the Bitcoin logo in its company then no one will sue that company. otherwise, you have to be careful because it's certain that the company is only taking advantage of Bitcoin's fame and wants to profit from it.
