Did you try putting a banana peal in the flux capacitor?  The potassium is critical for lubricating the quantum chronologer.  In the post 2407 models the shift linkage was removed and replace with servo-electrical controls. The chronologer's C₆H₇KO₂ sensor will prevent the transmission from going into reverse if it detects low levels.  It's a safety feature, and provides much more accuracy for reverse travel.  One time I took an old model to watch Mt. Vesuvius erupt, and I had to wait forty minutes, so annoying.  I can't believe that Game Stop didn't recall those old models.

There's an episode of the 1980's version of The Twilight Zone where a yong man goes back in time in the hopes of meeting Elvis Presley - as he travels he finds no evidence of that person and gets swept up in singing the songs and in effect becomes the persona Elvis Presley (the story concludes where "Elvis" shoots the T.V. in the hotel room while melancholy reflecting he became Elvis).

In the credits, it turns out the story was approved by the Elvis Presley Estate.

Considering how well Bitcoin is able to handle itself, and how carefully the halvings are planned up to the year 2140, I wouldn't be surprised if Satoshi is indeed a time traveller. So he went back to 2009, created Bitcoin, mined about a million of them for himself, and went back to his own time. The big question now is when that is! It could be years or even centuries from now that his old Bitcoins start moving to new addresses.

If your theory is time travel theory, it has a giant hole  Dive into your story, if Satoshi comes from the future, he goes back to 2009 to create Bitcoin. So, at his point in the future (2140), who created Bitcoin for him to realize that Bitcoin could be so profitable? And if he is the one who created Bitcoin in the past, he doesn't need time travel. On the contrary, if he wasn't, where is the person who created Bitcoin in his past? How are they interchangeable?

Nice story! Still, imho if this would have happened (or will happen) then I'd expect:
* he would have also provide(d) a solution or explanation for the network congestion and for using Bitcoin for "paying at the grocery store", maybe even something better than LN
* he wouldn't have allowed the jackals get to come so easily with their claims about being him or having "the real Bitcoin"

I may be able to help you, but it'll cost you a lot. Disclaimer: I don't accept bitcoins, only cash. Not stupid enough to be double-spent in the past.

Although it's quite expensive, I would have loved to offer it to you for quite a cheap price (around few million dollars?), but there's a risk. If during the moment of time travel, you as a body of mass have a net negative charge (excess of electrons in your body) and if I send you off the present time, there would be a void of negative charge right in the place you left off, which would cause protons inside the nucleus be pulled off having an ripple effect in almost the whole universe, and protons might even break their strong nuclear force to try to fill in that void of negative. Not caring if atoms of living people (including me) would break up, but my million dollars which is more important, if by chance, protons of gold atoms does the same, gold wouldn't exist but turn into other metals and the entire economy would crash and my million dollars might become worth of a few cents? the risk is too great!

What if those time travelers were smart enough not to go to the party because they might cause a rift in time and space because there was a change in the past. But considering the recent time travel paradox, if the time travelers were to go to the party then they will cause a change in the future which is going to change the timeline where the time machine was invented earlier or later which means that they didn't really went to the party resetting everything.

or more in line with current string theory, they did go to the party, but created another timeline to reflect that, we are left in the "no time machine yet" timeline.
