The most logical chain is Binance Smart Chain since fees are so low and hype is real. Too many people use it, the biggest volume is there. Tron chain is also good but volume is not as attractive as Binance Smart Chain. Ethereum chain is fucked by high gas cost and it looks like they won't fix it for a while too.
The most important thing is starting a good project rather than some shitcoin, that way you can survive in any chain, otherwise it will die quickly.

BSC is the best for now, because transactions from BSC are very cheap and fast, so that makes me prefer BSC rather than Ethereum for now, but if the gas fees from Ethereum have become low too, then I prefer to use Ethereum, because I think Ethereum is more popular than BSC and of course I am more comfortable using the platform from Ethereum than BSC.

I think for now is Binance smart chain is the best choice because the feesis smaller then ethereum and the network also safe like ethereum, if the project is good enough and the community also support it there is a chance binance listed your token. But remember the impotant thing is the project can attracted people to use it and secure

I'm also rooting for BSC network right now and they offer a faster transactions at a very low cost and you can easily create a project there, just make sure its a good project so you can attract real investors. ERC20 are slowly dying, the platform is too expensive and very crowded its good that we have Binance who always innovate and here the problem of the people, go for BSC.

BSC is the best platform at the moment if you comparing with ETH even you know many projects are going cross chain transfer ETH to BSC network those projects are being transformed keeping in mind the users advantages. Although ETH is the most popular platform but right now it’s unaffordable for every user.

Binance smart chain seems like the new haven for several projects lately, following the massiveiil increase of transaction fees on the ethereum blockchain. I believe listing on bsc could give one the opportunity to list on several exchange seems the bsc could also be used on the ethereum protocol.

Im thinking to bsc & eth ,  but im not sure which one has better chance to be listing on exchangers ,  Binance wont list its tokens?

I think you can go with BSC as most of the project are coming with .It will helps you with less fees and secured blockchain .However you can also try the Tron system it also make you free to use with low fees .where you have found Binance won't list there chain token i think you are having some wrong info .

Ethereum would have been the best if not for the high transaction fees that's currently one of the biggest issue the network is facing, so aside Ethereum, many people have been moving to binance smart chain which I think is also good too, tron network is also very good but doesn't have many project building on it, maybe because the blockchain was over hyped in its early days by the founder, Justin sun, seller network is also very good but not too many project building on it, the list is endless, but if I should suggest, I did advice you go with the most popular ones which is:-

Ethereum (if you don't mind the high transaction fees)
Binance smart chain (currently very popular but centralized)
Tron network

I don't know about Tron, but all I know is that binance smart chain is more centralized in some ways which I can't really go into here, you can try googling this and you will possibly find all the answers you need, for me, the best blockchain to build smart contract is ethereum, but due to high fees, this platform isnt recommended at the moment, they are still other chains aside binance smart chain and Ethereum, you can Google about stellar, TRON (which I already mentioned), bitcoin cash network, steem, and the host of others, you will surly find one that will meet your taste and need.
