Cortex - CTXC finally breaking out?

Hi!
I'm a following a youtuber covering crypto and he made an interesting video on Cortex recently:

Looks like a good candidate to go ballistic, here is the historical chart:

As you can see the ICO was in a bad time, right when the BTC bubble burst 3 years ago so it couldn't really go up in value. But recently there is a bullish trend starting!

Check this out for the last 3 months, I see a pattern emerging:

What do you guys think? Is this something promising or too risky to invest?
