You can try various website clone services on google search, And I hope your intention and aim is not to deceive as many people as the creation of a fake swap site as has been the case lately

I can think of no other intention in creating a clone site than to scam. If I'm wrong, what other possible reason is there? If there is anyone who does and knows how to do this, please think carefully, because it is unfortunate that the victims will fall into this trap, especially those who are just beginners and don't know much about the difference between the real and the fake.
There are many reasons why someone would need to clone the site. It doesn't necessarily have to be for scam purpose.
For example, I've done this many times for clients who have lost access to their hosting, and the site was still active. Companies sometimes lose contact with original developers or administrators (for whatever reason), lose passwords for administration, lose backup archives... and countless other cases I've encountered. I even recreated designs and contents just based on the cache from search engines.
@MAAManda, If it is not a plain HTML/CSS website, none of these online services will be of much help. Most modern web sites use a lot of dynamically-generated javascript content, and such content is difficult to clone without specialized and well-tuned scripts.
I can pay up to $100-$200 per site , I am looking for someone who can clone sites for me and create it in a form i want and do what i request. It will be a easy job if you know how to make a duplicate site and change up some settings.

You can give me the information in a private message to see if this is something I'd be interested in doing. We can negotiate the price depending on the complexity of the job. Since you have no reputation here, I am not ready to share my contact details with you yet.
