This is a draft version of the proposal I've written for a blockchain based virtual machine:

At first, it was just a short improvement proposal for Algorand. But over time I extended it and I added more ideas to it. At the end I think It's become something worth reading and discussing.

I still think that I've made a good design. I would really like to know how you think about it. I know the document is a bit long but even some feedback on a subsection would be really helpful.

Are these ideas new? Do we have any other coins with similar ideas? Do you think this design can be used for a new blockchain project? Is the document understandable? I would really appreciate your feedback...
