Any altcoins have different fundamental and sometimes FOMO is much more stronger than the pressure that already given by the bearish trend. You can call the small dump that happened with bitcoin as a correction.

I don't think any has fundamental especially brand new listed coin and below 100 top rank coin, most of them can be pump and dump easily. Even doge has top been top 30 coin (before Elon musk tweet) it very easy to manipulate and play the market.

Well I could see it happening, I mean it is a possibility. Right now the price of Bitcoin is going down which we call a correction, but there are also altcoins that stay on their current prices or still going very high. There is this coin I have been observing for the past days which is ADA. Cardano started low and since last year just went to a few satoshis. Currently it's price is over a dollar. And even with Bitcoin going a bit down it did not really affected ADA in such a big way. So I know for sure that the bull will continue for the alts.

Your first premise is completely wrong, bitcoin is not in a bear market, at the moment it is just moving sideways which means we are in a period of accumulation in preparation for another ATH.

We will have to see, bitcoin's narrative has change now, and so is the altcoin market. So we can't really compare what had happened after Bitcoin's bubble burst resulting to altcoin market entering the bull run. Currently, we have seen altcoin as well having a good and super fast rally like Bitcoin.

The news from tesla already pumped the price of bitcoin to go back above 55k again and tesla will never liquidate the bitcoin that earned from selling its car to the fiat money. Testly will be 100% in bitcoin.
