Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that SCRUM rules are understood and respected by the team, product owners, and product management
2. Ensure that the team's actions are always aligned with the acceptance criteria and project goals
3. Minimize errors by taking an organized approach to work assignments
4. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies - Make all time boxes respected with the goal of making the team responsible for all Scrum ceremonies
5. Support the team in building reasonable working agreements and become excellent self-managing team
6. Gather requirements and breakdown into user stories - Coaching the Product Owner and the development team to have mastery in creating product backlog items
8. Support the team during sprint planning in creating valuable tasks that will set the backlog item status to "DONE"
9. Ensure that the team respects the definition of "DONE"
10. Support the product owners in ensuring the items in the product backlog are in "READY" state.
