Sportsbet.io voided my winner by saying they had the wrong name of teams, even tho the official website has those same name

I got it resolved.
In the process, I was completely ignored by two representatives and was even threatened by them to be muted.
Not a good experience at all. I had to waste an hour to get this resolved, which should have been their job in the first place and then being treated like a daft irrelevant spammer wasn't helping either.

Obviously, you are very nervous here. After 20 minutes it's resolved. you were obliged to explain what exactly was the problem and how it was solved.
you don't have to think of the worst right away, misunderstandings happen. If you do not trust them, or you think they do not treat you adequately just leave them.
You can change the topic subject or add something like [SOLVED], you should not introduce further confusion.

No, I wasn't.
I had to start the chat three times , they were disconnecting me and weren't listening at all. That's why I made this thread. I gave a final go, and thankfully got someone who was ready to listen.
Changed to solved.
