I was amazed at all of them, whether they were set up as robots to say the same words, or paid by the project to make the same comments on different topics, and even when they started answering on topics, it just wasn't there. related to what is being discussed in the forum, so is that kind of thing not considered SPAM?

You would be more amazed to find how many newbie accounts are involved in topic bumping. Most of them had few phrases and just mix words to say one and the same thing.
Take a look on (list) ANN threads that are using bumping services. This is probably the biggest list of projects that has a shady reputation or used primitive and cheap way of promotion.

Maybe they were made to say the same words on different topics. I see from all the accounts that you mentioned above, all of them were newbies and the average account registered date was the same day. such as:

This is a common practice for shillers. In many case, these shillers are paid for spamming with the aim of spreading link, site, coin name or token in many post to get the attention of the community and also directing people there. Shilling is an act that can't be tolerated by most forum users because it is considered annoying. Now you know what to do, right?

Report post to moderator and have moderator check their post history. If it is proven that shilling was done by that user, then the moderator will act accordingly. So do it now. Previously, I had also come across a thread that raised a similar problem. Take a look at this thread. Advertising shiller spotted! so you know what to do when you encounter similar activity in the future.

Also don't forget with this member Altcointrend who always create thread to shill BAT shitcoin reach $5 soon and CVC trashcoin.

We can't do much to prevent spammer in this forum besides report the post to moderator or find if they're doing plagiarism or ban evasion.

In addition as much as paid shills going to spam with his shitcoin/service, it's a sign of red flag to stay away because the marketing is worst.
