I think this is how rich gets richer, they adapt to the trends and take advantage on the current market. Good move for Elon Musk, pretty sure that the Tesla stocks will soar as well. Good signal or not, I believe this will surely affect the market entirely.

They really have to adapt to the trend. I've remembered companies that became popular once but didn't avail to go along with the trend until they've been replaced by a newer company that's more into tech and got them kicked in the industry.

Tesla is just doing it right. And Elon being the iron man and aware of the technologies that are emerging these days, sure knows how to walk the talk.

This is one of the best news for Bitcoin. Tesla is like it is making a big effort for Bitcoin price to reach greater levels.    Firstly, they have bought huge amount of BTC (which is valued  $1.5 billion) and now they started accepting Bitcoin on their car sales. And they won't even convert it to fiat which shows they are intending to increase their investment.

Well, because in the first place --Tesla company is holding a lot of bitcoin, they want this because they understand that bitcoin is good for storing value and Elon Musk is a clever business that when it comes to money, he invest whatever he wants. That is included in his tweet that the bitcoin they receive will not be converted into fiat. So this is expecting that there could be a hype of bitcoin for the next few months. However, but for me, I will not buy bitcoin to pay Tesla immediately, I will store it and wait for the price to double and get Tesla for free.

They are not the first car manufacturer to accept Bitcoin though so they need to catch up with their competitors for unit sales in Bitcoin. When Tesla announced in February that they had made a Bitcoin purchase worth $1.5 billion, it was mentioned that they will make Bitcoin available as one of the payment options for Telsa cars. Apart from that, I don't think that Elon has tweeted about accepting Bitcoin as a mode of payment. But the most important thing here is not the acceptance by Tesla. They have stated that they will keep BTC as such and will not convert it to fiat currency. That is going to be huge.

First we need to differentiate the actions from Telsa to those from Elon Musk. Tesla had purchased $1.5 billion worth of BTC in January and that resulted in the second bull rally in recent months (from $33,000 to $62,000). Elon on the other hand makes some tweets related to Bitcoin, but has explicitly stated that he doesn't own any Bitcoin personally (apart from the BTC0.25 that he received as a gift many years ago).
