I disagree completely. Depositing $10 is easy and wagering $100 is easy too as long as you smartly wager your amount by minimizing your losses(1.01 betting, Betting on both the banker and player in Baccarat etc).

This is the benefit of reading the ToS/FAQ first before you set-up your account, at least it clears now to you that you need to deposit $10 and wager $100 first before you can withdraw, if this is not ok with you then you have the option not to proceed at first.
