Although I am not sure about the new management, As far as I know, they rebuilt their their platform from scratch and hired new developers.

I guess this is one of those situations where its localized marketing that cause an uptick. When a brand new casino starts with bitcointalk, we know the very first day of them and that is why we usually end up seeing a place that is not as great as it can get, no place was amazing on the first day and sucked after a year if they are a legit place, sure there are scam type of places that goes like that but most good places become better and better every day, they keep on developing on top of what they already have.
