When you were active here, was there a time people got accepted by applying to a Closed For New Participant campaigns?
I'll advice that on your return to the forum you pay attention to your posting styles and earn some merits before you can apply to signatures. If you continue spamming you would be ignored by the campaign managers.

You can see that the campaign has already CFNP, so you cannot apply now. You can try again next week when any slot available. Also you don't have any merit in 120 days So you have no chance of getting accepted in this Compaign or any Signature Compaign. First of all you can earn some merits then you can apply

You need to have received at least 5 merit in the last 120 days in order to be eligible for this campaign.
