Cannot find the form to fill  - once you sign up , you will find an icon next to light/dark mode , then you see menu , and the first icon is to apply.

- Is this a paid job?  - No its not a paid job , as everything is free on talkoncrypto ...

- Requirements?-  As such there are no stringent requirements. Its just you have to be good and truthful .

- Are you trying to advertise? - Either yes/no .. but ultimately its for people who are in crypto world... either newbies or experts.

First of all, those who read this and are interested in applying for the position you are looking for hope to receive payment for the service they will provide.  And you said it wasn’t paid work.  So probably no one will be interested in it.  We know that most of this section is here to find work and earn.

Also, I just heard the coinbaazar.  This is not a well-known exchange, so what if that new forum is its product?  The only thing I found unique about their platform is that they use gift cards as a payment method in their P2P.

It's okay to have ads as long as they're not irritating, not flash or video ads.

Thanks for being so observant and putting your thought to us. There are some general terminologies which have been used, you can check other boards, I dont think it has to do anything with some unusual coincidence. Moreover developers do tend to put general things, Thats very normal , if something is really bothering or out of box, it can always be changed. Bitcoin Discussion is a very generic term and so as its Description (simple and short)

Thanks for your reply, I shall mention again there's a difference between offering a job and voluntarily one wants to go for it. If someone pays you in return they would expect your hours of dedication and other stuffs to fulfil, but if you volunteer there is no obligation , you can give 15 mins in a day or 15 hours, no questions asked and no expectations setting... I can assure you, that you will not be disappointed being a moderator, compare other forums of same sort , you will feel the difference yourself, how technologically sound, best UI, A company's name... many factors to be a moderator with talkoncrypto...

Yes, for the same purpose we are offering certain badges, to the people who contribute to the community. One of the main reason we are offering a moderation post so people can have a chance to join and be an asset to the platform. May be after sometime, when the traffic eventually increase, we may possibly not be able to entertain for any position. So this is a chance where people can actually join the platform and look for a perspective keeping future in mind.

You said the right thing, most of the forums have been used for monetization and thats where they loose the charm, though there are less good forums in the market out of which most of them are full of advertisement, The reason talkoncrypto is different apart from many good features, as its main objective is to remain a forum not a monetizing platform. I can understand you did not heard of coinbaazar, its very normal, not everything in the world that exist is known to everyone. For everything else there's google, bing or other search engines. To summarize this, i can only say that its a forum which is backed by a Dun and Bradstreet registered company.

You're probably correct ^{[for now]} but through your forum, you could gain indirect traffics for your other associated platforms ^{[e.g. exchange]}; therefore, those could lead to more conversions/earnings.

Having a quick look at the company behind the forum, coinbaazar LLC. Never heard about them previously so the company thats behind the forum is not straight forward, the reason me being suspicious about them is because they stated in there  coinbaazar.com website footer:#32 Bob Walsh street, Didube district, Tbilisi 0159, Georgia  
they are actually based out of India instead so I am not sure about this forum you are trying to promote here, prove me wrong. 

Anyone can search the company on Georgia 🇬🇪 Gov company search website, I just checked and it says no data found. Feel free to check.
