New Stellar Lumene Projects

Hello,

I am currently doing initial research related to building a micropayment application. My team did decide to support at least ETH and XLM in ICO phase. After ICO we are still unsure if it worth to create a new blockchain for our application. I am very impressive from Stellar framework. Does anyone know fresh altcoin projects that are for example in ICO phase and they promise to run application fully on the top of Stellar Framework after ICO, not going to create a new blockchain.

I rarely seen the project that were using stellar chains are still exist these days because the majority of these projects were dead. As far as i know stellar chain will be used to issue CBDC and it already announced in the past too and that means if stellar chain can be used as a scalable chain to be used for CBDC.
Im not yet seeing it right now and it may not yet exist this day

I see healthy stellar projects. But limiting to a chain isn't wise.

Truth be told, an increasing number of wallet projects with the network today are often found at low cost offerings, making projects under the Stellar network even more invisible on the surface. or even more precisely very rarely. perhaps for some reason that the system update was not carried out and the lack of encouragement triggered the Stellar network-based project to lose interest. So for that, you better reconsider before spending a lot of money just to create a project that in the end doesn't have a bright future.
