I was just thinking about the similarities of human genome and blockchain:

Both are fixed and immutable record in time
Both can track blocks from today back to a genesis block
Both have a very secure proof of ownership of future blocks and transactions (or kids) in the same block
Both have the same basic requirements needed to operate - a network and availability of energy.

For me it is all very interesting.

If you’ll allow me I’ll make a little edit to your statement - still a similarity. Genomes and blockchains do change with time creating mutations. These mutations can have a positive and negative effect on the genome and the blockchain. Many blockchains have mutated from the Genesis block with the most hideous of mutations being BSV

I don't know how correct the modern information about genome/DNA is, maybe they are just basic or not so correct... the little I read about it shows that Blockchain/Decentralized-system imitates nature than Centralized System. And I really that part about the immutablity. I doubt any information every get "truely deleted" in nature. They will always be recorded somewhere humans don't know about.

By the way, it's claimed that trillions of cells in our body has exact copies of the DNA... more like how people have copies of Blockchain all over the world to keep things decentralized. I find that fascinating

I survived covid  - it was a fight. Lost 10 kilos weight. Blood parameters all messed up. Operating normally now but with low power only.
