A big part of it is because you didn’t pay attention to yourself at night. What I mean is not that you didn’t have a good rest. It’s your liver. From 12 to 1:00 in the evening is the rest time for our internal organs. If you are still eating at 10:00 in the evening , If the visceral function is not rested, you will lose energy the next day. Another part is that the oxygen content in your body is low.

If you are doing this for a long time, it is a bit difficult to change. It's good to be energetic at night. If you are energetic, do what you want to do. If you are tired during the day, try to do something lighter and push the things you don’t want to do at night.

Simply , because you are not doing any physical in Morning that's why you feel sleepy , and in the night when you have full rest in the morning so surely you will be energetic in the evening .
Try to make some action in the morning and you'll find peace at nght.

You should take a break from all of your activity, relax in a chair and drink tea or coffee, and enjoy the time. Do not think anything unless praying.

When you feel tired, take a rest, and do not force yourself to do your activity. If you can not sleep, that will be okay but you can try to lay down in your bed.

That's because you are not sleeping well. The normal pattern consists of being sleepy and waking up refreshed, having energy during the day. If it is the other way around, you are having sleep problems.

I think the reason why we feel so sleepy during the day and full of energy at night is that we don't have enough sleep so we will feel sleepy druing the day meanwhile we have to work which is really boring so it makes us more sleepy. And at night we have time that we can do what we interested and when people do the things he liked he usually won't feel sleepy.Then maybe our body get used to it.

We have the same situation, I'm awake from night to dawn until morning and I'm more active on those times.

I also take nap during noon. I think it's our body routine and why this is happening to us. If you're struggling to sleep, listen to relaxing music that will help you go to sleep.

I wondered if I have experienced same thing in the past, in order to be able recommend something but I don't remember experiencing such. I'm typically more active in the day time if the condition is right. I could however feel sleepy in the day time if I eat too much foods, if unpleasant loud sound continues to play in the background & make me tired/sleepy, I tend to feel sleepy after working hard for too long etc.
I could stay awake at night to take advantage of the quietness of the night and continue my work or for other reasons like making sure certain entity/people aren't taking advantage of millions of people sleeping at once to cause problems etc.
You probably should note down the factors that contribute to your feeling sleep in the day and energetic at night.

I have the same problem in the past when my work shift to Evening and when i come back to regular working hours it made harder for me to have a sleep at night.

What i did is i adjusted my sleeping time little by little.

From 12 mid down to 11 pm , then 10 pm until i finally comes back to my 9pm sleeping time.

Maybe its hard at first but eventually your Body will look for sleep and will goes along the system.

Provably because of your sleep pattern or the time of your sleep,
Don't expect to be energetic at the morning when you're awake the whole night.
You should adjust your sleeping hour at night as much as you could don't rely on your nap on the afternoon to complete your 6-8 hours sleep.

I think you may be energetic at night because you sleep too much during the day. If you have the habit of taking a nap, I suggest you not to sleep. Its better to sleep even 1 hour then nothing at all. 48 hours is long time with no sleep. Internship work is one good place to see other people because of corona. Its very fustrating these 1,5 years. If you no sleeping on 72h you heart can stop working.

I went through insomnia and really hard to deal with. I've thought of good things to make me feel sleepy when I'm dealing with it but it's just so hard to get a sleep if you're going through it.

What I did was lessened my work load and avoid watching a lot in TV and if possible, someone who's dealing with it should also lessen their time in social media, phone and computer.

The biological clock has been reversed and needs to be adjusted slowly. For example, doing hard exercise during the day makes yourself tired, try not to rest, and try to relax yourself by drinking some milk before going to bed at night. Will adjust back slowly.
