Coinone is South Korea exhange and you need someone to use that platform to be able to sell it for him.
I don't think 5% less than the market price is enough to encourage someone to search for that platform.
Try to do it yourself, or ask whoever uses Coinone and then you can sell it to him.

I think he have no account in coinone for this reason he can't sell ASM. If anyone have account then i think he/she will buy it from him. He will waiting for someone who have active account in coinone. Hope someone will buy his coin.
